Sir,

I have come across these C++ neural-frameworks:
FANN
Libann

I want you to look at the libraries as while incorporating them the need of implementing the ML algo. from the scratch reduces.
Also I am going through the Xapian code base and trying to get familiar with it.

regards,

On Mon, Mar 26, 2012 at 6:28 PM, Olly Betts <olly@survex.com> wrote:

Weka is in Java, so no. Although calling between Java and C++ is
possible, we really don't want a JVM to be a dependency of Xapian.

It's also GPL, and we're trying to get to a position where we can
relicense Xapian, so adding more GPL dependencies isn't desirable
either.

Cheers,
