<div dir="ltr">Hi,all<div>  I am Jia Xu, a graduate student in computer science MS program from UC Santa Cruz, US. I am very interested in the learning to rank Project in Xapian GSoC 2014 project idea lists. As a C++ programmer, I am very glad to see a C++ library for Ranking, since there are so many packages implemented in R, Python, Java, etc. I have participated in some Kaggle competition related to learning to rank problem, and did some research in this area. </div>
<div>  For programming languages, I used C++ mainly and some R and Python for data analysis and machine learning tasks.  <br clear="all"><div>  I am willing to contribute to this project, and have some fun:) </div>-- <br>
