[Xapian-discuss] Error Opening database : Too many open files

Hi,

I'm getting this error when requesting multiple times :
DatabaseOpeningError: Error opening table
`../../test_03012009_compact/position.':
Couldn't open ../../test_03012009_compact/position.baseA: Too many open files
Couldn't open ../../test_03012009_compact/position.baseB: Too many open files

I see that there is more than 1k fd opens.

I don't see what is wrong with my code, so i'd like to know if you
could give me some inside on when and how the file descriptors are
closed.
