Sorry Olly - just about finished sorting things out now!

For everyone else's information - I've added a couple of "tracker" bugs
to the bugzilla. (Bugs #118 and #120). The first of these is to track
bugs which need to be fixed before the 1.0 release, and the second is to
track bugs which we'd like to fix shortly after the 1.0 release. Other
ones for later releases can be created as necessary.

The idea is that these bugs don't refer to a specific problem, but
instead to a target, and depend on other bugs in the bugzilla which
represent the bugs which need to be fixed to attain that target. This
makes it much easier to track progress towards 1.0, and to work out what
to focus on next to get there as soon as possible.

If there's a bug which you think should be considered for 1.0, feel free
to add a dependency on #118 - we'll remove it again (or change it to
depend on #120) if we disagree! (And we'll hopefully explain why we
disagree, too...)

The wiki page "TodoFor1.0" should probably be deprecated, but I've not
yet finished going through it to make sure that all items on it are
represented by bugs in the tracker.

Both Olly and I would like to get 1.0 released this month if possible,
and keeping track of things this way should help, but as ever we'll see
what happens...
