Weka is in Java, so no.  Although calling between Java and C++ is
possible, we really don't want a JVM to be a dependency of Xapian.

It's also GPL, and we're trying to get to a position where we can
relicense Xapian, so adding more GPL dependencies isn't desirable
either.
