Regarding GSOC 2016 Project Idea : Weighing Schemes

Hi Olly,

I remember we discussed about implementation of more weighing schemes to
xapian library in Jan 2015 but unfortunately xapian was not shortlisted.

Has the problems in the back end solved, because i remember we were stuck
last year due to the back end of xapian.
