Oops, looks like I updated the website in git but failed to pull that to
the webserver and run the update script.  Now done.

Most of the release process is now scripted but this part isn't yet.  It
could be though (we already update milestones, versions, etc in trac on
the server for example).  I'll sort that out to prevent a recurrence.
