List maintenance: xapian-devel

Hi everyone - we'll be migrating the two Xapian mailing lists over the 
next few days. Your subscriptions will be transferred; if you've set a 
password I believe that will need resetting afterwards (but email 
delivery should work fine without you bothering, and you can unsubscribe 
via email if you need).

I'll send another email once the migration is complete. Until then, any 
email you send to the list may be delivered, but either won't make its 
way into the archives or may not appear there until some time after the 
migration. Our Matrix room is #xapian:matrix.org and can be accessed via 
the free Element web client (and others) as described at 
<https://xapian.org/lists>.
