[Xapian-discuss] Signup didn't work or did it?

Interesting event.  I attempted to sign up for this list.  I received 
the "confirmation" email that said reply to this.  I did and got back a 
message that said:

The results of your email command are provided below. Attached is your
original message.

- Results:
    Invalid confirmation string.  Note that confirmation strings expire
approximately 3 days after the initial subscription request.  If your
confirmation has expired, please try to re-submit your original request or
message.

However I'm getting mail from the lst anyway.

Oh well, I'm here.  In case anyone cares about the above strangeness, 
I'm reporting it.
