[Xapian-discuss] PHP implementation

I was looking into what is involved in implementing both Index and 
Search in PHP with the bindings.  I have been spoiled by Omega, because 
I didn't realize how much work it has really been doing.  I think I'd 
like to just do my searching with PHP and continue doing my indexing 
with scriptindex for now.  Will this work, can I just execute queries 
against the DB created by scriptindex?
