 How to combine Boolean and Free Text searches.

I would like to ask you whether it is possible to combine Boolean and Free
Text searches using Xapian.

Example: Data contains the following type of fields:

- Business Name
- City
- State

I want to perform search for pizza on Business Name but only from records
that contains City Los Angeles and State CA.

Do we have this capability in Xapian?  If yes, can we see some example.
