What's nice about this is it's cross platform; and I already have
eclipse on pretty much every machine I use anyway.
However I'm currently leaning towards using WikiText (specifically as
defined by moinmoin), because that means that once written any
documentation can be tinkered with and improved by the
community. There are some promising MoinMoin -> DocBook pieces, even
if not all the work is done there.
(The whole disconnected operation is a red herring at this stage; I
can write a manual incorporating the text we already have, and then
shove it up on the wiki in one go. If we need major revisions in the
future we might have to deal with it, or we might have decent mobile
connectivity by then.)
