It should now be installed to ${datarootdir}/php4/xapian.php - perhaps
datarootdir isn't set by older autoconf.  Move it to
/usr/share/php4/xapian.php (or somewhere where the PHP packages look
- that location works for Debian at least).

For PHP4 it doesn't do much.  For PHP5, it's more important this gets
installed somewhere it can be found.
