Yes.  Also ValueRangeProcessor and subclasses need the prefix.
Unfortunately the list of classes to rename has to be hand-updated
currently.

Sadly I missed this because you can only build either PHP4 or PHP5
bindings (currently - I've wondered about changing that, as there
are significant differences...)
