Yes - in C++:

    enquire.set_weighting_scheme(Xapian::BoolWeight());

Alternatively, you can wrap your query using OP_SCALE_WEIGHT with a
factor of 0 - in C++:

    query = Xapian::Query(query.OP_SCALE_WEIGHT, query, 0);
