RSet is definied in <http://xapian.org/docs/glossary>, but yeah, it
should be defined in that document as well. It's the set of documents
pre-decided as relevant to this query (by whatever mechanism you
choose) that is used to generate the ESet (recommended terms to expand
the query with).
I think that section needs rewriting, personally; it took me a while
to figure out what it meant.
