For Enquire::get_mset(callback), the callback will return an array of
objects (which include a Document):
  { id: string,
    rank: number,
    weight: number,
    collapse_key: string,
    collapse_count: number,
    percent: number,
    description: string,
    document: object // Document
  }

Sound reasonable?
