Not explicitly (i.e. there isn't a syntax the user can use which maps to
OP_SCALE_WEIGHT), though you can apply OP_SCALE_WEIGHT to the Query
object returned by the QueryParser, e.g. to scale the parsed Query
relative before combining it with other Query objects.
