Apologies - James had to temporarily enable a captcha check on web
subscriptions (we really don't like doing so, but were facing a flood of
automated subscription attempts).

It seems it wasn't working correctly, but has now been disabled again
so you should be able to subscribe via the web form now.

It's also possible to subscribe via email to the -request address.
