Xapian 1.4.29 released

Xapian 1.4.29 can now be downloaded from:

https://xapian.org/download

This release fixes incorrect library versioning in xapian-core 1.4.28.

A big thanks to Vitaly Chikunov and Sven Joachim for quickly reporting
the library versioning mistake.

in a corresponding file with ".asc" appended.
