There have been a handful of documentation fixes since the first release
candidate, and a single functional change: I've removed the
DB_BACKEND_CHERT constant which was missed when the deprecated chert
backend was removed.  Using DB_BACKEND_CHERT in the release candidate
always gave a Xapian::FeatureUnavailableError exception, and a
compile-time error seems more helpful.

I think a second release candidate is probably justified, but I'll wait
a few more days.
