I've now uploaded these - if you use Debian these provide an easy way to
test the release candidate.
Packaging highlighted a few minor things, most of which can be postponed
to a point release but xapian-omega has a new `postprocess` script which
currently gets installed to $prefix/bin - that seems too generic a name
and in fact this script (and the `generate-qrel-file` binary) probably
aren't useful currently as they generate training data for xapian-letor
which isn't part of this release. I'm going to move them under a new
`--enable-XXX` configure option which is off by default, but if you're
making experimental packages of this RC I'd recommend not including
them in the package.
If that's the only non-documentation change I think we can skip doing
another RC.
