  * type:  defect => enhancement
  * milestone:  1.1.0 => 1.1.1


Comment:

 xapian-check has now been fixed to ignore valuestats keys, which is the
 critical thing to have done for 1.1.0, so bumping the milestone to 1.1.1,
 setting type to "enhancement" and updating the summary.
