 I didn't add the note about mod_wsgi randomly - a user reported problems
 using WSGI (on IRC) which matched these symptoms, and apparently
 {{{WSGIApplicationGroup %{GLOBAL}}}} didn't help.

 It's possible they failed to actually set it in the right config file or
 something I guess.
