         * omega.m4: New file with macro XO_OMEGA_WITH
         * configure.ac: Cleaner interface via omega.m4: XO_OMEGA_WITH.

         * omindex.cc: Fix wrong timestamp comparison in cache logic
         * scriptindex.cc: Support TEXTCAT for language autodetection.
