 xapian-check needs to have support added for the chert valuestats entries.
 At a minimum, it should know that keys starting with '\xff' are value
 stats keys, and not complain about them.  Ideally, it should iterate
 through the values and check that the value statistics are correct
 (possibly displaying a message if the bounds aren't tight).
