Comment(by olly):

 The first two could be fixed by writing a suitable subclass of
 Xapian::Weight, but the effort is probably disproportionate to the gain,
 especially as we can more carefully inspect that code (it looks good to
 me).

 BTW, DOC_LENGTH_MAX is there as I'm fairly sure some of the DfR schemes
 will want it.
