New description:

 Support for Word, Excel, Powerpoint committed to trunk as r11866; XPS as
 r11904; macroenabled versions in r12892.

 Remaining issue:

  * ppt notes and comments in ppt/notesSlides/notesSlide*.xml
 ppt/comments/comment*.xml but these may not match any files and unzip then
 returns error code 11

 Added support for macroenabled versions in r12892 (I found an example of
 each on the web and checked the formats were the same).
