 It would be better (more convenient for users especially) to replace
 omindex's {{{--preserve-nonduplicates}}} option and having both
 {{{BASEDIR}}} and {{{--url URL}}} with some sort of configuration
 file which listed one or more starting directories with path->URL
 mappings for each.
