 It would be a shame not to be able to subclass your own stemmer in the
 SWIG-wrapped languages (it may be a little slow compared to a "pure C++"
 stemmer, but that's only likely to be a problem at index time when working
 with large amounts of data).

 I'll take a look and see if I can get that SWIG to work with that somehow.
