 Concocting magical execution limits is generally a very bad idea - leave
 this to the sysadmin or user who is more likely to have a good idea of the
 machine parameters and what is suitable for it.

 Patch attached which adds configuration options to configure both the CPU
 runtime limit and the memory limit.
