Comment:

 I don't think it's useful to keep a ticket open for this - as I noted in
 comment:1, this certainly isn't the only case where we're missing
 comments, and opening tickets for all of them would just make it much
 harder to see what's what in trac.  So I've added a new section to
 MissingDocumentation and am closing this ticket (as "invalid", which seems
 the closest to "shouldn't be tracked as a ticket"...)
