 > The next version of the Unicode Standard will be Version 6.0.0, planned
 for release on September 30, 2010.

 This is likely to affect indexing in corner cases, so this probably isn't
 something we can reasonably change in the middle of a release series -
 hence setting milestone:1.3.0

 I've checked UnicodeData-6.0.0d6.txt and it processes with our script OK.
