 That patch is complete.

 It looks like we have issues with having classes called !ValueUpdater in
 both brass and chert, which violates the one definition rule.  I've fixed
 this already on my brass-btree branch where I hit similar issues.  Not
 sure why we seem to usually get away with this on trunk (I guess the
 classes are pretty much identical aside from brass vs chert, so perhaps
 that's why), but I've cherry-picked that change and committed it to trunk
 as r14209.

 Does my patch applied to r14209 work any better for you?
