 I've updated the patch with the style issues, and I've removed the
 nautical miles conversion.  I've also removed the "meters-feet"
 conversions - I think the only one most users are likely to want is the
 "miles-meters" conversion, and if they need any others they just need to
 look up the constants.

 The main place that non-WGS84 data I've come across comes from is from
 Ordnance Survey maps - but I think it's reasonable to recommend that WGS84
 is used unless there's a good reason not to, so I've updated the
 documentation to say that.

 Code coverage was fairly good when I last checked, but I'll generate an
 updated report shortly.
