 I've switch trunk to libtool 2.2.7b, which is a release candidate for
 2.2.8 - it's to our advantage to shake out any libtool bugs which affect
 Xapian, as well as beneficial to libtool.

 But we probably want to use a released libtool in a stable Xapian release
 (2.2.8 if out, else 2.2.6).  This ticket is to make sure I don't forget!
