Comment(by richard):

 Sounds good - but there's no need to dual license, since X11/MIT is
 compatible with GPL - several files in Xapian are already licensed as
 X11/MIT.  (I'd be happy to if it were necessary, but I'm pretty sure it
 isn't.)
