 Further to ticket 550 ([http://trac.xapian.org/ticket/550]) the
 OmegaScript function $prettyurl, new with 1.2.8, does not translate single
 quote (%27), comma (%2C) and left/right parentheses (%28/%29).  Other
 characters not tested.

 I had understood from ticket 550 that all characters < 0x80  except for ?,
 #, and % were to be rendered as themselves by $prettyurl ... ?
