 If {{{title:}}} is a probabilistic prefix, then {{{title:"foo""bar"}}}
 currently parses the same as {{{title:foo bar}}}, which seems surprising.
 I'd expect the prefix to at least apply to both in this case, and probably
 the whole thing to be considered a phrase.
