 `ExpandDecider` done in [6a76ceed1546e1f298b23f2a593eb66e7adb8d25/git].

 Remaining classes to deal with:

 * `LatLongMetric` (? is this class just too much generality?)
 * `PostingSource` (? has clone(), but bindings need to handle specially)
