 Only PHP5 is supported (/etc/bin/php-config reports version )

 I'd be surprised if the `php-config` script was really installed in
 `/etc/bin` on your platform.  The command James suggested was:

 ./configure --with-php PHP_CONFIG=/opt/plesk/php/5.6/bin/php-config
 }}}

 Have you tried that exact command?
