 What does manually running `/opt/plesk/php/5.6/bin/php-config --version`
 give? (`php-config` should be able to figure out where its `php.ini` is if
 it needs it, but `php-config` is not to do with configuring PHP, but to do
 with configuring things that build against PHP).
