Comment:

 Thanks - we actually prefer to use the C++ `#include <cerrno>` so I've
 added that instead (and fixed missing explicit `#include <cerrno>` in
 quite a lot of other files too) in [8b0301a12305].

 Needs backporting for 1.4.11.
