To reiterate, I don't know what improving Arabic support entails, and
without input from someone who does, this idea isn't going be feasible.

Student applications open in just over a day, so if we don't sort this
out soon, it'll have much less chance of attracting interest.  Or are
you a student interested in doing such a project?
