Hello Nishant,

There are some good overviews of Learning to Rank in the "Resources"
section of that project idea, so I'd suggest reading those to
familiarise yourself with this area.

After that, a good first step would be to check out the letor code
and get it to build.  The code from 2012 is probably the best starting
point, but Parth has more idea of the current status of things there.
