Yes, it appears to have died recently. Unfortunately Olly is away and he's (I believe) the only person who has access to fix it.

If you can access irccloud.com, I have 3 invites to it which would give you a web view with similar functionality to quassel. If not, a normal/web IRC client is your best bet.
