I've written some wrapper classes for PHP5 - more information and download link here: http://blog.dixo.net/2006/04/04/xapian-php5-wrapper/ I'd regard them as beta quality for now, if anyone has suggestions for improvement do let me know. Happy for them to be included in the xapian-bindings distribution if they prove useful.
