[Xapian-discuss] Omega example

I've taken the liberty of adding an example Omega config, install and 
indexing to the wiki.  I've added a pointer to the front page.  I had 
hoped I'd be able to actually put an html document on the wiki, but I 
didn't seem to be able to, so I've added a link to the tutorial on my site.

Perhaps we can shuttle off a number of the "how do I get omega working" 
question off to that example.
