You wouldn't need to change quartzdump much to produce the equivalent
tool for flint databases, but quartzdump just dumps out each key and the
corresponding tag so it doesn't show you the structure of each block and
how they relate, which I suspect is what you're after.

I think your time would be more usefully spent trying to come up with a
reproducible test case for your problem.
