[Xapian-discuss] Documentation for PHP bindings

The functions should be the same (same names, same functions) as those
in the usual Xapian API documentation, which you can find at
http://xapian.org/docs/.  The bindings are compiled the same way as
any of the bindings, and that's using ./configure
XAPIAN_CONFIG=/path/to/xapian-config;make;make install (see INSTALL).
